The basilic olive oil is made with koroneiki olives. They are pressed with fresh basil from our estate which releases the distinct aromas and oils of the basil leaves. Flavors are fresh and herbaceous with a vibrant basil taste and aroma. It is creamy and well balanced by the beautiful peppery finish of our extra virgin olive oil. Ideal for: salads, drizzled with bruschetta, pasta, marinades for white meats, grilled sandwiches, popcorn or simply dipping a baguette in it!
