Delivery Zone

 We only deliver in Quebec. Be sure to indicate the exact address desired for delivery. The package will be delivered directly to the address indicated.

Carriers

• Purolater: All packages under 30 kg. (66 lbs.) will be delivered by Purolater provided they comply with the dimensions imposed by Purolater policy. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days guaranteed.*

*Take note that the size of the package impacts the price as well as the weight. The costs may vary with a package of 5kg and + as well as a box of more than 10 cm.

• Other carriers: Packages over 30 kg. (66 lbs.) and whose address is more than 30 km away from Saint-Eustache, will be delivered by specialized carriers. We will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date. We will check with you to find out if you wish to be present to receive the package. *

*In the specific case of a stock shortage or a product being received a few days later, the deadline could sometimes be extended, you will be contacted no later than the Monday following the order (if you ordered during the weekend) or the same day if you ordered during the week. Once the order has been placed with the supplier, the deadlines unfortunately no longer depend on us. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order. We mainly receive our delivery trucks on Fridays.

Shipping cost

• If your package has a value of more than $200 and weighs less than 30 kg., your delivery will be free.*
• We will add $18 delivery charge to all orders under $200. You can combine our different products to adjust your order to $200 if you want to avoid fees. Thank you for your understanding, on behalf of the entire MCA team!

Signature upon receipt of the package

If the value of the product purchased is high, or if you request it, we may require a signature from you upon receipt of the package to ensure that you receive it to your attention and that it is not deposited on the balcony only. Note that we use our good judgment, and that we ask for it at all times as soon as the value of the package is high.

Remote Area

If you live in a remote area and you order a package that cannot be delivered by Purolater, (over 30 kg.) the package can sometimes be delivered to a drop-off point near your home.
